During an informal run day in 1994, Clarence King was running the mikado, taking advantage of the good track conditions that day. As he passed us, we observed the caboose was missing. On a track that is only 2600 feet long in a wide open field it should be easy to find a caboose. Clarence discovered it resting in the best hiding spot on the entire railroad.
